"Heropanti", the 2013 movie, is a romantic comedy film released on August 1, 2013. The movie is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by DreamWorks Pictures. "Heropanti" stars Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. It was filmed at Mumbai and Abu Dhabi provinces of India and Dubai of United Arab Emirates. However, after many failed attempts, he finally makes headway with her. Aarfa, on the other hand, is a tomboy and refuses to conform to the norms of society. She comes home one day with her friend Rakesh (Khan) and Aadhi is instantly drawn to her. They constantly go out together on bikes and Aadhi always depicts his feelings for Aarfa through facial expressions and actions. However, Aarfa constantly denies these feelings and avoids him but on occasions they do fall for each other and kiss secretly.Ajay finally gets Apne to agree to marry him after constantly supporting her throughout his marriage proposal period, even though she had already fallen for Aadhi. She accepts his proposal. Ajay now tries to fix Ajay's sister's marriage with a man from his family as well as convince Ajay's father to come out of retirement and return to work so they can start their new lives together. Aditya (Sonu Sood) a schoolmate of Aadhi, develops a crush on him and shows interest in going out with him. Aarfa, on the other hand, also forms a crush for Aadhi and confesses her feelings for him but is rejected every time leading to her breaking down in tears.The story then takes a turn when Ajay is called away from home mysteriously without prior notice. Aarfa, who knows that Ajay loves her, comes to know this when she sees the car in Ajay's garage with his name on it. She goes to inform Aadhi about it and they go in search of him in the city. They find him unconscious in a park with Rakesh whom he had originally met in school. The two fall in love with each other and the finale shows them living together happily ever after. Aadhi is shown talking with Apne but he is unable to express his feelings for her due to his shyness.
